At the beginning of the education I saw that I would face an extremely demanding and hard work. Like most people who are engaged in catering so I hardly accept that some things are done differently and yet on simpler and easier way. That is the essence of this course, to show us,who can not solve some problems, a lighter and shorter solution paths to realization of the same. What I particularly liked is a way of teaching that insisted on the interactive communication. From day to day topics were more interesting, and the problems that I have met in business not so complicated any more.
Materials and knowledge that I got in this the course (cd, sample maps..) are now implemented in my current work , and help me in the organization of my job.
