Olneva Olga was born in 1950 in Novgorod, Russia. While working in the headquarters of hotel "Gorki" in Novgorod she learned about and got to like the art of Gastronomy, devoting herself only to that segment. She has worked in the most prestigious hotels and restaurants all over the former Soviet Union. She is specializes in traditional Russian cuisine.
