Rodolfo Checchia, born 1973 in Abruzo, Italy. He earned Diploma at Swiss Istituto Professionale di Stato Alberghiero e Della Ristorazione"Giovanni Marchitelli". He worked in few hotels from Leading Hotels of the World group throughout the Europe. Few years ago he started to offer; consulting services for opening and establishing of new restaurants, training education programs for staff, organizing different presentations and gastronomic theme events. His specialty is Italian Cuisine.
