Vladimir was born in 1961 in Županja, he now lives and works in Rovinj. He graduated a higher food servicesl school in Hamburg. Hi is continuously improveing his knowledge through working in Germany and Croatia. He worked as a kitchen manager of the hotel chain Lysia - Hotel Mövenpik, 5 * restaurants - Orangeri and Tafelhus, and as a private entrepreneur. Among other well-known chefs, he has collaborated with the holders of stars Reiner Cloud and Jean Cloud Pascal.
